Tag Heuer Carrera 60th Anniversary 39mm CBK221H

Absolutely one of the finest throwback pieces that Tag have ever produced, and one of the nicest pieces they’ve made in the last decade or two in our opinion. Built to commemorate 60 years of the Carrera, it is a homage to the reference 2447S of the sixties and absolutely nails the combination of a vintage aesthetic with modern technology and wearability.

The stainless case is 39mm, though wears more like a 40mm with the thin bezel. The dial is silver with black subdials in the classic 'Panda' layout, with ecru lume plots and hands providing a stunning contrast. ‘TAG’ is not seen on the dial, with classic Heuer branding adding a lovely vintage touch. It’s powered by the in-house Heuer 02 column-wheel movement, and is mounted to an awesome black leather racing strap with Heuer’s lovely tang buckle in steel.

This particular watch was first sold in Jan 2023 and presents in TZ Near Mint condition, with the case generally showing only light hairlines, with a slightly larger scuff on the left side. This is just a surface mark, and would easily polish off if desired. Also shows some strap change marks on the rear of the lugs. Please see images for full condition details.

All functions operating as they should. No service history, but was only released this year. Keeping time at around + 6 secs a day.
