The workshop also had a hand in helping to hone the skills of the world's greatest current independent watchmakers, including Stepan Sarpaneva, Kari Voutilainen, Denis Flageollet and Raul Pages amongst others. In other words, Parmigiani is one of the most important workshops of the current era. It is topped with Arabic 12-3-9 markers in the most wonderful font, and date window at 6. You'll also see some small windows into the movement below, which is restrained and beautiful in a way a lot of open-heart type watches are not. Parmigiani’s trademark delta hands are lume-filled, making this piece an elegant dress piece with practicality in mind.

The star of the show, next to those lugs of course, is the in-house PF331 automatic movement with a 55-hour power reserve, and holds the prestige of being Parmigiani's first in-house automatic.

This particular piece was first sold in 2010 and presents in TZ 'Good' condition. The case shows scratches and rub marks throughout, as is typical of gold, but nothing of real note other than some small nicks on the edges of the lugs and, light indents on the sides of the lugs and some small nicks around the bezel visible under a loupe. The dial is excellent, and the hands and markers show some light service marks. Crystal has some minor marks. Please see images for full condition details.

Comes mounted to a lovely aftermarket leather strap, with 18k rose gold Parmigiani pin buckle. Please note that the strap is a 22/18, and should be a 22/20, so the buckle is a little wide for it. You don't really notice on the wrist, but would look even better on a 22/20.

Service history is unknown.
