Rolex Submariner Date 16610 D Serial

The Submariner is Rolex’s most iconic line, and the 16610 is perhaps the most useable, wearable and best value of the modern era. Combining the workhorse 3135 movement, classic 5-digit proportions, sapphire crystal and a solid end link bracelet on this later piece makes for a great daily wearer and is the watch that likely springs to mind when someone mentions the word ‘Rolex’.

This particular example is a D-serial and dates from circa-2006. Case is thick, and the lugs are even. Case shows some small signs of wear, with light scratches and rub marks, some minor pin dents on the case sides, and some scratches on the case back. Some scratches present on the bezel insert, but in excellent condition overall. Please see images for full condition details.

Bracelet is a Rolex 93250 with solid endlinks (SEL). Date code is MA11, so correct for the year of manufacture of the watch. Shows very light stretch, and a couple of small desk diving marks. 10 links, and will suit up to a 7.6in wrist.

Was apparently serviced by the previous retailer within the last couple of years, and is currently keeping COSC time at near 300 degrees of amplitude, with all functions operating as they should.

Comes with outer box (stickered with 116520), inner box, punched and dated papers (expired) and Watch Vault cleaning cloth.
