Tag Heuer Silverstone Re-Issue 150th Anniversary Limited Edition Blue CAM2110
Launched in 2010 to celebrate 150 years of Heuer, the Silverstone re-edition is an extremely faithful replica of the original Silverstone from the 70’s, with a slightly larger and thicker case, some details changes to the sub-dials, and a dial-coloured inner bezel. Otherwise, it is essentially a new version of the seventies original.
Featuring a 41mm x 44mm steel case with classic left-handed crown, it houses a stunning blue dial with heritage Heuer branding, beautifully integrated date window at 6, luminous baton markers and luminous hands. The sapphire case back gives a view of the classic updated Calibre 11 self-winding movement with Heuer branded rotor, and it’s mounted to a lovely blue ‘gator racing strap with folding Heuer buckle. A lesson in re-issues done right.
This particular piece was first sold in 2013 and presents in TZ 'Near Mint' condition after a refinish by TAG Heuer. The case is extremely clean, with some very mild indentations present after the refinish. The sapphire crystal was not changed, and show a few small chips around it's beveled edge. It's just returned from a full service by TAG Heuer, with a case refinish, full movement service, brand new strap and brand new deployant clasp. Remains under balance of TAG service warranty.
Comes with outer box, inner box (missing cushion), instruction manual, booklet holder, expired warranty card, service receipt, and original deployant buckle. Box shows quite a bit of deterioration which is common of this era.
