Breitling Superocean Heritage Chronograph 44 Limited Edition UB01622A1L1S1
The Superocean Heritage line is one of our favourites from Breitling, and has been since inception. Striking a fantastic balance between tool watch practicality and luxury finishing, it's equally at place on a boat or in the boardroom, especially when paired with Breitling's fantastic mesh bracelet.
While we tend to like all Superocean heritage specs, this is perhaps the coolest of the lot. Released in a limited run of 500 pieces, it features a 44mm case in steel which is surrounded by a uni-directional dive bezel in rose gold with ceramic insert. This rose gold is then matched with applied rose gold markers and lumed rose gold hands, which sit atop a stunning deep green sunburst dial. It really is a beautiful combination.
Powering it is Breitling B01 movement with 70 hour power reserve, with column wheel chronograph and vertical clutch for maximum reliability, and crispness to its action. To top it off, it's mounted to Breitlings fabulous rubber strap on steel deployant, so you can test out the 200m of water resistance if you're feeling so inclined.
This particular piece was first sold locally in 2022 and presents in TZ 'Excellent' condition. It was recently given a refinish by Breitling Australia, and as such shows almost no marks other than the remnants of some small dings on the left hand side. These are the reason for the 'Excellent' rather than 'Near Mint' grading. Please see images for full condition details.
The OEM strap remains uncut and full length, and the buckle shows no marks.
