Bell & Ross BR03 Cyber Ceramic Skeleton Limited Edition BR03-CYBER-CE

Released in 2024 in a limited run of 500 pieces, the BR03 Cyber is an utterly amazing watch and unlike anything else we've seen previously from the Swiss made French brand. It falls into Bell & Ross' Concept line of watches, a range whose purpose is to push the boundaries of both design and watchmaking, and this watch certainly does that.

The case is constructed in ceramic, and features sharp facets throughout. This case shape was first debuted with the BR01 Cyber Skull, but for the ceramic model it was moved to the BR03 series, meaning it has shrunk quite a bit and now measures in at 42mm x 43.7mm lug-to-lug and around 15mm thick. Much more manageable than the 45mm BR01, and with the short lug-to-lug is a good fit for most medium to large sized wrists. The case execution is flawless, as to be expected of one manufactured by G&F Châtelain, the same case maker responsible for the Chanel ceramic cases which are some of the best in the world, as well as components for MB&F and Richard Mille amongst others.

As cool as the case is, it's what lies inside that is most interesting. Developed by Concepto, the same company who constructed the movements for the Bulgari Octo Finissimo Ultra, as well as movements for Jacob & Co. such as the Chiron Tourbillon, the BR-CAL.383 is an automatic movement with black skeletonized main plate and bridges, which form a cross-bone shape which supports the wheel train. There is no dial, with the indices printed on the underside of the heavily faceted crystal. It really is a sight to behold, and the rhodium plated wheel train provides a stunning contrast against the sandblasted, black finish of the bridges. We love the exposed mainspring at 12 too, which allows you to see the approximate power reserve by viewing how tightly coiled it is, not unlike a Ulysse Nardin Freak.

It very much so feels like high-watchmaking, and the execution is absolutely spot on. Finishing it off is Bell and Ross' fantastically supple rubber strap with PVD steel pin buckle, making it extremely comfortable on the wrist.

This particular example was first purchased locally in June 2025 and presents in TZ 'Mint' condition, with no signs of wear we can see. Please see images for full condition details.
