Grand Seiko Heritage Collection Naruto Whirlpools Oceania SBGH331
Just the second special edition created for the Australian and New Zealand market, SBGH331 features one of the most breathtaking dials we've yet seen from a manufacturer acclaimed for their amazing dials.
Inspired by the Whirlpools off the island of Naruto, the pattern is similar to the previous Whirlpool pieces but does without the small 'G' and 'S' logos previously used to create the effect so is even cleaner in its appearance. The colour is outstanding as well, somewhere between ice blue and Tiffany blue, and pops against the Ever-Brilliant steel of the case. This hard-wearing alloy is hailed as the worlds most corrosion resistant steel, and features a whiter colouring than usually seen in steel, something more along the lines of white gold, and brings out the dial colour perfectly.
The case itself is a perfectly sized 39.5mm, and a touch under 13mm thick. Powering it is the new 9S85 Hi-Beat movement with 55 hour power reserve.
This particular example was purchased directly from Grand Seiko in October 2023 and presents in TZ 'Near Mint' condition. The polished sections of the case show some very minor hairlines and swirls, but that's about it. No marks on the brushed surfaces. Please see images for full condition details.
Bracelet includes all links, and shows very minor desk dive marks.
Comes with outer box, inner box, warranty card dated October 2023, GS inspection certificate, hang tag, maintenance support card and spare links to complete the bracelet.
