Hublot Classic Fusion Orlinski 550.NS.1800.RX.ORL19

The Classic Fusion has always been our favourite line from Hublot, and this might just be the coolest of the lot. Released as a collaborative effort between French Sculptor Richard Orlinski and Hublot, the Orlinski series are a riot of hard lines and facets, not only on the dial, but the case itself, and will never be mistaken for anything else.

While some of these collaborative pieces are very out there in their choice of colours and aesthetic, this particular version is more restrained, and all the better for it. It utilises a 40mm case in titanium, which makes it extremely comfortable and very wearable on almost any wrist. The case is all of high polish, with facets galore. Within this case lies a gloss black dial which can look almost flat in some lights, but turn it on an angle and combination of angular facets create a sense of depth and intrigue that is unmatched, and almost looks as if you're staring down at a black mountain range, with the Hublot branding seeming to float above it as it's printed on the crystal. 

It's mounted to Hublot's signature rubber strap, and with it's svelte 11.1mm thickness for a sports watch combining with its 40mm case size, it's a super comfortable piece of art for your wrist. Powering it is the HUB1100, which is an SW300-1 modified by Hublot, which should provide very high levels of reliability and serviceability.

Originally purchased in 2023, this particular example watch presents in TZ 'Good' condition. It has clearly been worn quite a lot, and shows scratches and scuffs throughout the polished surfaces, though no large dings or nicks and would all come out with a clean up when a service is due. The crystal also shows scratching. Please see images for full condition details.

Rubber strap is in a short size that will fit up to a 7.6in wrist, and is in excellent condition. The deployant shows desk diving marks.

No known service history, but a little young for that. Keeping COSC time measured dial-up on a timegrapher, and all functions operating as they should.
