IWC has been on a tear with colour as of late, creating some amazing shades which they have infused with their ceramic-cased Pilot's watches. From the Mojave, to Lake Tahoe, Woodlands and now the Miramar Blue, their experiments with colour have made for some outrageously cool watches. However, a fully coloured is not for everyone, and nor is ceramic. Thankfully IWC have released their latest Pantone Miramar Blue reference in both ceramic and steel, so if you choose you may have that amazing colour, without it being too much.

The latter is the watch we have here. Released in 2025, IWC teamed up with Pantone to create a new shade of blue for their Pilot's Chronograph, and what a shade of blue it is. It's a flat, light blue, that can become quite dark depending on the light, and looks amazing against the monotone colour pallet for the rest of the dial. It's housed in a mostly brushed stainless steel 41mm steel case, and is finished with a matching rubber strap. This example also comes with an IWC bracelet with its integrates micro-adjust within the clasp, and is a cinch to change thanks to IWC’s innovative EasX-CHANGE quick-change system.

It's powered by the in-house 69385 automatic movement with 46 hour power reserve, and is water resistant to 100 metres.

This particular piece was originally sold in October 2025 and presents in TZ 'Near Mint' condition. The case shows only the lightest of surface marks on the lugs, and a tiny flea-bite on the left side of the mid-case near 8. Lugs show some marks from strap changes/the bracelet. The strap is near-new. The bracelet includes all links, and shows some desk dive marks. We believe the springbars are aftermarket, but still work with the EasX-CHANGE system. It can also be purchased without the bracelet if desired.

All functions operating as they should, keeping COSC time measured dial-up on a timegrapher. It is eligible for extended manufacturers warranty until 2033.
