Longines Heritage Classic Silver Arrow L2.834.4.72.2

Longines are at their best when releasing pieces inspired by their long and storied history, and this is one of our faves. Released in 2021, the Silver Arrow is a tribute to the original Silver Arrow references beginning in 1956 and takes it's name from the dominant Mercedes Silver Arrow's F1 cars of the era.

Featuring a steel case in 38.5mm that measures in at just 9.9mm thick, it houses a gorgeous matte silver dial with the the most amazing applied markers, set inboard of railroad-style minute markers giving it a wonderful sense of depth. Being a classic sports dress piece, it does feature lume on the markers, and slim slivers in the Alpha-style hands to go along with it's 30m of water resistance.

Powering it is the calibre L888.5 movement, based on the ETA A31.L11. With its 72 hour power reserve and automatic winding, it helps make for a practical, wearable, and simply gorgeous daily wearing dress piece.

This example was first purchased locally in 2021 and presents in TZ 'Near Mint' condition. The case shows only very light hairlines and swirlies, with a few small scratches on the case back. Please see images for full condition details.

Includes both a long Longines strap, and a regular. Both in near-new condition.

No service history, but far too new for that. Currently keeping COSC time.
