Sinn 240 St GZ

We're huge Sinn fans here at Watch Vault, and think they represent the best value in tool watches on the market.

The 240 series was introduced around 10 years ago, and harks back to Sinn's iconic 140 and 142 references with it's distinctive barrel case and integrated bracelet making it feel very 70's in it's aesthetic, but bang up to date in it's specs; the perfect combo in our eyes.

The bead-blasted stainless steel case measures in at 43mm in diameter, 11.3mm thick and just 46mm lug-to-lug making it both strong in presence but extremely wearable for most wrists. Within this case sits an internal rotating bezel which can be used to read the tides, and whether you use this or not it looks fantastic and along with the seconds hand adds a welcome pop of colour. Probably more useful than a tachymetre, too! The hands and indices are heavily lumed, and when combined with the bead-blasted stainless bracelet and 100m of water resistance it's a very capable and comfortable tool watch from one of the preeminent specialists in the field.

This particular piece was sold in 2017 and presents in TZ 'Near Mint' condition, with barely any signs of use other than some very light desk dive marks on the buckle. Please see images for full condition details.
