Tudor Submariner 79190

This is perhaps the ideal Tudor Sub for those who love the vintage aesthetic, but with some more modern features such as sapphire crystal and uni-directional bezel. The combination of those features, with a matte dial, 1680 case and vintage 9315 bracelet makes it unique among the Rolex and Tudor world. We like to think of it as an early Rolex 16800, but with 20 years less wear and tear, and a movement that is cheaper to service. That sounds pretty appealing, doesn’t it?

This particular piece dates from 1997 and presents in excellent vintage condition. Watch has never been polished, and features all factory finishes. There's a few small marks and dings on the case, please see images for full details.

Dial is perfect, and tritium plots show very little degradation.

Original bezel in excellent condition, with tritium pearl. Small scrape at 3 as per the photos. Crystal has a scratch at 6, and above the Tudor logo.

Bracelet is a 9315 with 380B endlinks. Few links have some dents which is common in these folded link bracelets, and a small bend in the clasp. Very light stretch. 2 spare links included, and with these make a fully linked bracelet.

Serviced in January 2019 and running at COSC timing.
